HPM75 non-magnetic plastic die steel, free cutting plastic die steel; Non-magnetic high-hardness stainless steel, which can be aged to 40-45HRC, has the following non-magnetic steel characteristics:
l Permeability (μ) =1.01, with non-magnetic equivalent to imported SUS304
l High hardness 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
l Good wear resistance, can be nitriding treatment.

HPM75 high hardness non-magnetic plastic plastic die steel has the following uses:
l Magnetic plastics
l Wear resistant non-magnetic tools
Note: Easy to occur work hardening, recommended low speed machining.
