HPM75 is a kind of non-magnetic die steel, is the Japanese standard steel grade, its chemical composition.

HPM75 is a kind of non-magnetic, high hardness, high wear resistance non-magnetic die steel produced by special smelting process. It maintains very stable austenitic characteristics in various states and has very low permeability (μ<1.01H/m).

HPM75 non-magnetic steel has excellent toughness and excellent corrosion resistance under high temperature environment, and is the ideal material for making non-magnetic mold.

HPM75 has stable chemical composition, superior performance, high life and no rust.

HPM75 non-magnetic steel factory state has two kinds: annealed state, hardness 28-30HRC; Pre-hardened, hardness 42-45HRC; HPM75 surface treatment hardness can reach 950-1100HV, can meet the use of different molds.

HPM75 is widely used in many fields such as power, rail transit, construction and defense forces.
