Introduction to HPM75:
HPM75 has non-magnetic plastic die steel. With high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic comparable to stainless steel SUS304 storage mold characteristics, so the most suitable for corrosion resistance and wear resistance to high requirements of the mold products. In addition, it also has good heat treatment performance. HPM75 non-magnetic steel is prone to work hardening, and low speed machining is required.
HPM75 features:
l Permeability (μ)=1.01, with non-magnetic properties comparable to SS 304
l High hardness 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
l Good heat treatment performance, suitable for precision mold
l Good wear resistance, can be nitriding treatment
Use of HPM75:
l Magnetic plastic: audio and video equipment, household appliances, leaf therapy equipment and other magnetic plastic products
l Precision corrugated machining mold, office automation equipment, auto parts
l Wear - resistant non - magnetic tools, discharge machining die
HPM75 heat treatment:
l Solution aging heat treatment
l High hardness 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
