PAK90 characteristic application
PAK90 is smelted by vacuum degassing and electroslag remelting, combined with carefully designed alloy composition and smelting process, which can achieve very high polishing mirror degree, and at the same time has very high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength. In addition, PAK90 has good hardenability, stable size when hardened, hardness up to 58HRC, and good processability.
PAK90 plastic mold steel is mainly used for high-performance precision plastic molds, and is especially suitable for plastic molds with wear resistance and strength requirements, such as engineering plastics and flame retardant resins.
