Used for making high temperature glass molds
It can also be used for hot working die steel at 700-800°C
It is about 6 times longer than high manganese austenitic steel die life
HPM75 non-magnetic steel mold characteristics:
HPM75 is a non-magnetic, high hardness, easy cutting plastic die steel manufactured by HITACHI through special smelting. Its die properties are as follows:
High hardness
Good abrasion resistance, good nitriding handling
Magnetic permeability (μ) =1.01, with import SUS304 comparable non-magnetic
The hardness of 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
