7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo steel code 7Mn15, is a high Mo-V non-magnetic steel; 7Mn15 steel can maintain stable austenite in various states, and has very low permeability, high high temperature strength and hardness, and high wear resistance. Due to the cold working hardening phenomenon of high manganese steel, the cutting process is difficult, and high temperature annealing process is needed, which can change the particle size, shape and distribution state of carbide, so as to significantly improve the cutting performance of non-magnetic steel. Using gas nitrogen carburizing heat treatment process can further improve the surface hardness of steel, increase wear resistance and prolong the service life of die.
